The story

Graham has dedicated over 15 years to coaching and over 12 years to working within education.

His coaching journey began in grassroots and semi-professional football before helping coach a friend's grandson's football team.

This passion led him to study Coaching & Performance through Tottenham Hotspur, where he became both a Goalkeeping Coach and Outfield Coach, working with the club for five years while developing young players in elite environments.

Alongside this, Graham completed Sports Science qualifications before joining Watford as a Development Centre Coach while also leading Physical Education within schools.

He later moved to Brentford where he continued coaching both goalkeepers and outfield players within the development programme.

Today, Graham combines his elite football coaching experience with extensive school education knowledge to create engaging programmes that develop confidence, teamwork and life skills for every child.

A genuine understanding

One of Graham's greatest strengths comes from personal experience. Having been diagnosed with both ADHD and Autism himself, he has a genuine understanding of neurodiverse children and creates environments where every child feels supported, understood and able to thrive.

His mission is simple: to ensure every child has the opportunity to grow in confidence regardless of ability or background.
